Drs. Balaze and Barnard have put together an outstanding and talented staff that have stayed together for years.  Of the 9 employees, 5 have been with the practice for over 10 years - 4 for over 20 years. A direct result of our staff's longevity is their ability to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with our family of patients.
